Niloo Kids n'a pas de compte, pas de connexion, pas de publicité, pas de traceurs, pas d'identifiant publicitaire et pas d'outil d'analyse. La plupart des activités fonctionnent hors ligne, sur l'appareil. Trois activités optionnelles fonctionnent en ligne et ne démarrent qu'après l'accord d'un adulte (porte parentale).
Dessins, galerie, photo de « Ma Page », enregistrements du livre de famille, minuteur : stockés uniquement sur l'appareil et supprimables à tout moment. Nous n'y avons jamais accès.

Notre serveur (hébergé chez Render) reçoit le contenu, le transmet à un prestataire d'IA, renvoie le résultat et ne conserve rien (traitement en mémoire, aucune écriture disque, aucun journal du contenu). Prestataires d'IA (sous-traitants) : Google (Gemini) pour la toile, Groq pour la transcription vocale, FAL / MiniMax pour la chanson. Communications en HTTPS. Rien n'est mis en ligne publiquement, partagé à des fins publicitaires, ou vendu.
L'abonnement Premium (facultatif) est géré par l'App Store ou Google Play, confirmé par un adulte. Nous ne voyons ni ne stockons aucune donnée de carte.
Accord parental avant toute transmission ; minimisation des données ; aucun profilage, aucun suivi, aucune publicité comportementale. Conforme RGPD (UE) et COPPA (US). Un parent peut supprimer les contenus locaux dans l'app et retirer l'accord en effaçant les données de l'app.
Sur nos serveurs : rien (éphémère). Sur l'appareil : jusqu'à suppression par l'enfant/parent ou désinstallation. Pour toute demande : privacy@stackindustries.app.
Niloo Kids has no account, no login, no ads, no trackers, no advertising identifier and no analytics. Most activities work offline, on the device. Three optional activities work online and only start after a grown-up's consent (parental gate).
Drawings, gallery, the "My Page" photo, family-book recordings, timer: stored only on the device and deletable at any time. We never have access to them.

Our server (hosted on Render) receives the content, forwards it to an AI provider, returns the result and keeps nothing (in-memory processing, no disk storage, no logging of the content). AI providers (processors): Google (Gemini) for the canvas, Groq for voice transcription, FAL / MiniMax for the song. Communication over HTTPS. Nothing is posted publicly, shared for advertising, or sold.
The optional Premium subscription is handled by the App Store or Google Play, confirmed by a grown-up. We never see or store any card data.
Parental consent before any transmission; data minimization; no profiling, no tracking, no behavioral advertising. GDPR (EU) and COPPA (US) compliant. A parent can delete local content in the app and withdraw consent by clearing the app's data.
On our servers: nothing (ephemeral). On the device: until deleted by the child/parent or uninstalled. Requests: privacy@stackindustries.app.

Das optionale Premium-Abo wird vom App Store oder Google Play abgewickelt, von einem Erwachsenen bestätigt. Wir sehen oder speichern keine Kartendaten.
Elterliche Zustimmung vor jeder Übertragung; Datenminimierung; kein Profiling, kein Tracking, keine verhaltensbasierte Werbung. DSGVO (EU) und COPPA (US) konform. Eltern können lokale Inhalte in der App löschen und die Zustimmung durch Löschen der App-Daten widerrufen.
